Kale or leaf cabbage is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is a very high source of antioxidant,  Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K.  It's a powerhouse of nutrients that lowers cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart diseases.

Store kale in the refrigerator.  Make sure its dry, wet leafy greens will spoil quickly.  Wash and dry thoroughly before use.  Separate leaves from the stem before using.  Kale can be eaten raw or cooked.
