Kale

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut stems off cleaned kale and chop kale leaves in thin strips.  Drizzle with avocado oil and massage.  Toss some diced mangoes, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.  Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette and toss.

Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing: Mix juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of honey, and a teaspoon of oil.  Adjust ingredients depending on quantity, taste and consistency you desire.
