Kohlrabi is from the cabbage family that can be eaten raw or cooked. It is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Folate, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.
Storage: Store fresh kohlrabi in the refrigerator. Make sure you remove the greens and store them separately. Wash thoroughly and peel before use.
