Garlic, Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine loose 2 cups of fresh parsley (or 1 cup packed tight), 2 garlic cloves, 1/3cup roasted unsalted almonds in a food processor. Pulse 2 or 3 times. Add a little salt. Cover and start processing continuously while pouring evoo (start with 1/3 cup) until it's all broken down and reached your desired consistency. .
Spread it in crackers for snacks or use it in pasta or toppings in your baked chicken or fish. .
Store in a covered jar topped with evoo in the refrigerator.
